Quotations:

Fair and Transparent Pricing: We are dedicated to offering competitive pricing for our professional grooming services. For new clients, we provide an estimated price range based on prior services and breed similarities. However, final pricing may vary depending on factors such as breed size, coat condition, and pet cooperation. To ensure transparency, our pet stylists require hands-on experience before finalizing the price. We believe in open communication and will always notify you of any potential additional charges before commencing grooming, empowering you to make informed decisions.

Payment Convenience: We kindly request payment upon service completion unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Gratuity, greatly appreciated, can be conveniently added to credit card transactions or given in cash.

Appointment Punctuality: While we make every effort to be punctual, please understand that appointment times are estimates due to working with live animals. We’ll keep you informed of any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy: As a small business, last-minute cancellations significantly affect our operations. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested to avoid a $65 fee per pet for missed appointments.

After-Hours Appointments: Appointments after 6:00 pm incur a $35 per pet fee, with a suggested 20% gratuity to appreciate our groomers’ dedication.

Health and Safety:

Pet Behavior and Health Conditions: Safety is paramount, and we reserve the right to refuse service if a pet displays aggressive behavior or has certain health conditions. We may also halt grooming if a pet becomes overly stressed or uncooperative.

Senior Pets and Disabilities: We provide specialized care for senior pets and those with disabilities, prioritizing their comfort and well-being during grooming.

Sedated Pets and Pre-existing Conditions: We may groom partially sedated pets at our discretion and reserve the right to decline service for pets with certain pre-existing health conditions.

Matted Pets and Double Coated Breeds: Excessive matting can lead to discomfort, and shaving double coated breeds may harm their natural cooling system. We prioritize the well-being of pets and discourage unnecessary shaving.

Grooming Van Sanitation: We ensure the cleanliness of our grooming vans and perform flea and tick checks before grooming. Additional fees may apply for treatment.

Inclement Weather Policy: In severe weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled for safety reasons, with no penalty.

Communication Preference and Opt-Out: Clients may opt-out of promotional communications at any time.

Out-of-State Clients Dispute Resolution: Legal disputes with out-of-state clients are resolved in Texas courts.

Liability Waiver: Clients acknowledge and accept responsibility for their pet’s behavior and health during grooming.

Matted Pet Release Form: Owners consent to potential risks associated with grooming matted pets.

Pet Grooming Release Form: Clients agree to provide necessary pet information and comply with Soapy Snoots’ policies.

At Soapy Snoots, we’re committed to delivering exceptional grooming services while prioritizing the safety, comfort, and well-being of your furry companions. Thank you for choosing us as your grooming partner.
