Appointments and Reservations:
You can schedule appointments via phone, in person, or conveniently online through our booking system. A valid credit card is necessary to secure your slot.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. If circumstances require you to reschedule or cancel, please notify us promptly. This enables us to assist other clients in need of our services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee, equivalent to 50% of the grooming service cost. In the event of a no-show, the full grooming service cost will be charged.
Late Arrivals:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. If you anticipate being late, please inform us promptly. Excessive lateness may necessitate rescheduling, with a potential cancellation fee.
Genuine Emergencies:
We recognize that genuine emergencies occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We endeavor to accommodate your needs without imposing a cancellation fee.
Repeat Offenders:
Clients with a pattern of frequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows may face limitations on future appointments or grooming services.
